The hotel is situated near Palani temple, just a 10 minutes walkable distance. There's a limited space for car parking and you can park on the roadside. The staff was very helpful with everything you needed. When it comes to the rooms we booked 2 AC rooms through the agoda website and the rooms were good when compared to the price. But still the room was filled with dust and the bedsheets were not that much clean. The head side of the bed was full of dust so we were coughing when we slept. The other facilities provided were good enough, there was a TV and a big shelf for the dress and the bathroom was clean. Hot and cold water were available the whole time.

We booked two rooms. One was fine but the other one had so many issues from tv not working, ac leaking water, wifi not available inside room, pigeon nest in the window sill. They offered to shift me to another room and helped when I needed to stay some extra time before check out. Staff and host were polite and humble. Helped us with auto pickups and temple info.
